Kang Shen stood out from hundreds of applicants and became CDC Public Health Informatics Fellow. Under this 2-year fellowship starting in August, she will be working in the Office of Assistant of Secretary at the Department of Health and Human Services, to receive training and develop informatics project for national policies to improve health care quality.
